4 titles Acting Feb 15, 1950 Stockholm, Sweden

Marie Liljedahl, born in Stockholm, Sweden, embarked on her artistic journey at a remarkably young age, starting her career as a stage actress at just ten years old. By twelve, she had joined the Royal Swedish Opera ballet, showcasing her exceptional talent. Her path took a pivotal turn when director Joseph W. Sarno noticed her performing with a local ballet company. This encounter led to her debut in the film industry at seventeen, starring in Sarno's "Inga" (1968), a role that catapulted her to fame and established her as an international sex symbol.

Throughout her brief yet impactful film career, Liljedahl portrayed notable characters, including Eugenie in "Eugenie… The Story of Her Journey into Perversion" (1970) and Sibyl Vane in "Dorian Gray" (1970). In 1971, she reprised her role in the sequel "The Seduction of Inga," which marked her last significant performance. Disenchanted with the movie industry, she made the decision to retire from acting at the tender age of twenty-one.

In addition to her film work, Liljedahl was featured in two pictorials for Playboy magazine: "The Girls of Scandinavia" in June 1968 and "Flicker Flicka" in March 1969. Years later, she expressed regret in DVD interviews regarding her participation in adult films during her youth.
