Taye Cannon

Taye Cannon, originally from Gadsden, Alabama, spent his formative years immersed in the rich cultural tapestry of the Deep South before making his way to Austin, Texas. In Austin, Taye emerged as a dynamic frontman for several musical ensembles, touring extensively across the United States and Japan. His performances have seen him share the stage with legendary artists such as B.B. King, Tom Jones, R. Kelly, Ludacris, and Fitz & The Tantrums, showcasing his versatility and charisma as a performer.

In addition to his musical talents, Taye has pursued acting, training under the esteemed Laurel Vouvray at In the Moment Acting and furthering his craft at the Film Acting Academy in Houston. His dedication to his physical fitness is evident in his passion for mixed martial arts and boxing, where he trains at The Void Martial Arts in Austin.

Taye's personal life flourished when he married Dr. Vivian Esparza in 2020. Together, they share their home in Texas with their two beloved dogs, balancing their professional endeavors with the joys of family life. With a blend of musical talent and acting prowess, Taye Cannon continues to make strides in the entertainment industry while remaining rooted in his Southern heritage.
