Alison Faulk, a native of South Florida, was immersed in the world of music from an early age, thanks to her musician parents. Her passion for dance blossomed during her childhood, propelling her to pursue it professionally. With a Joe Tremaine Scholarship in hand, she relocated to Los Angeles to explore a variety of dance styles, which laid the foundation for a successful career in the entertainment industry.

Faulk has made a significant impact in film, television, and live performances, dancing for some of the biggest names in music, including Janet Jackson, Britney Spears, Missy Elliott, and Miley Cyrus. She is a distinguished member of the all-female hip-hop ensemble, The Beat Freaks, as well as the renowned Groovaloos. Her choreography credits are equally impressive, having worked with high-profile artists such as P!NK, Madonna, Jennifer Lopez, and Ricky Martin.
