Rosalind Cash (December 31, 1938 – October 31, 1995) was a talented American singer and actress, widely recognized for her role as Lisa, the romantic interest of Charlton Heston's character in the 1971 iconic science fiction film, The Omega Man. In the world of soap operas, she is well-remembered for her portrayal of Mary Mae Ward on General Hospital from 1994 to 1995.

Born and raised in Atlantic City, New Jersey, Cash was the second of four siblings, including her older brother, Col. John A. Cash, who had a distinguished career in the United States Army before his passing in 1998, with his final resting place at Arlington National Cemetery.

Cash achieved academic excellence, graduating with honors from Atlantic City High School in 1956 before attending City College of New York. She was also a founding member of the Negro Ensemble Company, established in 1968. Her extensive career spanned across theater, film, and television. Notable films in her repertoire include Klute (1971), The New Centurions (1972) alongside George C. Scott, Uptown Saturday Night (1974) with Sidney Poitier, and Wrong Is Right (1982). Her last film role was in 1995's Tales from the Hood.

In addition to her film contributions, Cash received an Emmy nomination for her performance in the PBS production of Go Tell it on the Mountain and starred as Goneril opposite James Earl Jones' Lear at the New York Shakespeare Festival in 1973. She passed away from cancer on October 31, 1995, at the age of 56.
