Z's passion for acting and film has fueled her desire to connect with individuals battling substance abuse and behavioral addiction. Drawing from her personal journey of recovery from an eating disorder, she wrote and directed the acclaimed film *Contain the Cry*, which explores the profound impact of secrets and silence.
