Alexander Kuznetsov
Alexander Kuznetsov was born in the small village of Petrovka, located in Primorskiy Kray, USSR, near the Sea of Japan. He honed his craft at Schukin Theatrical College, which paved the way for his acting career. Kuznetsov made his film debut in 1983 and quickly established himself as a prominent figure in the Russian film and television landscape.
One of his most recognized roles came with the character Jack Vosmyorkin in the series "Jack Vosmyorkin, The American." From 1985 to 1989, he was an integral part of the Malaya Bronaya Theater, where he showcased his theatrical talents. Kuznetsov’s versatility allowed him to cross international borders, and he has worked extensively in both Russia and the United States.
His television credits include noteworthy performances such as Nikolai Kossoff in "NYPD Blue," Victor in "Crossing Jordan," Capt. Alex Volkonov in "JAG," and Kazimir Shcherbakov in "Alias." In 2001, he appeared as Ostroff in the acclaimed thriller series "24," further solidifying his status as a skilled actor. Additionally, in 2000, he starred alongside Dolph Lundgren in the action film "Agent Red."
