Initially, he pursued a degree in mechanical engineering and was an active member of his college's track and field team. However, his passion for the performing arts led him to graduate from the State Theatre of Northern Greece, marking the beginning of a vibrant acting career.

Nousias has graced numerous prestigious stages across Greece, including the National Theatre of Northern Greece, Embros Theatre, Technochoro, and Kalamata Municipal Theatre. His versatility as an actor has allowed him to engage with a wide array of theatrical styles, from comedic farces to ancient Greek tragedies. He has worked alongside esteemed directors like George Michaelides, Tasos Bandis, and Thodoros Terzopoulos, enhancing his artistic repertoire.

In film and television, Nousias has portrayed characters from notable literary works, with significant roles in productions such as "The Children of Niobe" by Tasos Athanasiadis, "The Witches of Smyrna" by Mara Meimaridis, and "The Island" by Victoria Hislop.
