Susana Beltrán made her mark in the film industry during the vibrant 1960s, a period defined by the rise of the nouvelle vague. She became a prominent figure in Argentine noir cinema, collaborating with renowned directors such as Sixto Pondal Ríos and Enrique Carreras. In 1965, Beltrán teamed up with Lucas Demare for *Los guerrilleros*, marking the beginning of her partnership with Emilio Vieyra, a key figure in Argentine science fiction and cult cinema.
