Frank Mosley, hailing from Texas and currently residing in Los Angeles, is both an accomplished actor and filmmaker. He was honored as a fellow at the prestigious Berlinale Talents in 2015, participated in the NYFF Artist Academy in 2017, and took part in the 2016 Workshop for Auteurs led by the renowned Abbas Kiarostami.
