Michael Seitz
Michael Seitz, an American retired professional wrestler and former musician, is renowned for his impactful contributions to the wrestling world. He gained fame as part of The Fabulous Freebirds, where he was known by the ring name Michael "P.S." ("Purely Sexy") Hayes. Beyond his in-ring persona, Hayes also served as an announcer under the name Dok Hendrix in WWE, where he continues to work as a senior producer.
Hayes made his initial appearance on WWE's SmackDown! on September 23, 1999, and later became a color commentator for Sunday Night Heat from 2000 to 2001, mainly for international broadcasts. He participated in the gimmick Battle Royal at WrestleMania X-Seven on April 1, 2001, where he was eliminated by The One Man Gang.
In October 2006, after Alex Greenfield's exit, Hayes stepped up as the head creative writer for the SmackDown brand. He has been featured in WWE Classics on Demand's Legends of Wrestling series and made guest appearances on various WWE programs, including a notable segment on the December 7, 2007 episode of SmackDown.
After a brief leave for personal reasons in October 2013, Hayes returned to WWE in December of the same year. He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame with the Fabulous Freebirds on April 2, 2016. A talented musician, Hayes released an album titled Off The Streets in 1987 and honored his late Freebird brother Terry Gordy with the heartfelt song "Freebird Road" in 2011.
