Joseph Lawrence Mignogna Jr., widely known as Joey Lawrence, was born on April 20, 1976. He is a multi-talented American entertainer, recognized not only as an actor but also as a musician, singer-songwriter, record producer, and game show host. Joey began his career as a child actor in the early 1980s and gained significant fame for his portrayal of Joey Russo on the popular television show Blossom. Additionally, he is well-remembered for his role as Joe Longo in the series Melissa & Joey. His early work also includes appearances in the sitcom Gimme a Break! from 1983 to 1987, and he starred alongside his brothers Matthew and Andrew in Brotherly Love.

In his personal life, he has been married to actress Samantha Cope since 2022, and together they have one child. Joey is also the father of two children from his previous marriage.
