Mike O'Malley
Michael Edward O'Malley, born on October 31, 1966, in Boston, Massachusetts, is a versatile American actor and writer with a dynamic career spanning television, film, and theater. He spent his formative years in New Hampshire and first gained recognition as the charismatic host of Nickelodeon’s children's game show, Guts, in the early 1990s. Following this success, O'Malley transitioned to Los Angeles, where he starred in his own NBC sitcom, The Mike O'Malley Show.
O'Malley is perhaps most renowned for his portrayal of Jimmy Hughes on CBS's Yes, Dear, which aired from 2000 to 2006. His talent earned him an Emmy nomination for his memorable role as Burt Hummel on the acclaimed Fox series Glee. His television repertoire includes guest appearances on popular shows such as My Name Is Earl, Raising Hope, Parenthood, and Parks and Recreation.
