Aljin Abella

Aljin Abella, a graduate of the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) in 2006, has established himself as a versatile performer in various realms including film, television, theatre, animation, and voice-over, both in Australia and internationally. He began his theatrical journey with a notable performance in the acclaimed production of *The Sapphires* with the Melbourne Theatre Company and Belvoir Street Theatre in 2005, later reprising his role during successful tours in South Korea and London.

In 2015, Aljin showcased his talents in two significant national tours: he starred in *Anything Goes* with Opera Australia and took on the title role in *Monkey: Journey to the West*, produced by Bell Shakespeare and Theatre of Image. His impressive stage repertoire features acclaimed works such as *La Cage Aux Folles*, *The Good Person of Szechuan*, *Moths*, *Strangers in Between*, *Three Sisters*, and *The Laramie Project*, among others.

In addition to his stage accomplishments, Aljin has a robust film and television portfolio, with credits including *I Love You Too*, *Underbelly Files: The Man Who Got Away*, *The Dr. Blake Mysteries*, *City Homicide*, and *Neighbours*.
