Ali Ahn

Alison Ahn is a talented American actress known for her impactful performances across television and theatre. Born and raised in Pasadena, California, she has Korean heritage and developed her passion for the arts through dance and theatre during her time at Yale University, where she earned her degree in 2003. Ahn further honed her craft by obtaining her Master of Fine Arts in acting from the California Institute of the Arts in 2006.

Ahn's stage career includes a noteworthy Broadway debut in a revival of "The Heidi Chronicles," sharing the spotlight with Elisabeth Moss from February to May 2015. Her off-Broadway performance in Rajiv Joseph's "Letters of Suresh" at the Tony Kiser Theatre in September-October 2021 garnered critical acclaim, with a review highlighting her "messy charisma" that enriched the play's unique storytelling.

In her personal life, Ahn is in a relationship with actor William Jackson Harper, whom she met while co-starring in an outdoor production of "Romeo + Juliet" in New York in 2012.
