Karen Mayo-Chandler, born on April 18, 1958, in Sutton, Surrey, England, was a striking British actress and model known for her captivating presence in a series of cult classic films during the 1980s and 1990s. With her blend of sophistication and allure, she left a memorable mark on the genre of exploitation cinema. Initially a model in Europe, she ventured to Hollywood, where she secured a role as a receptionist in the blockbuster hit "Beverly Hills Cop."
Mayo-Chandler's standout performances include her role as the seductive psychiatrist Dr. Victoria Gotbottom in the comedic "Hamburger ... The Motion Picture," the alluring stripper Cassandra in "Stripped to Kill II: Live Girls," and the glamorous model Barbara in the slasher film "Out of the Dark." She collaborated with the renowned B-movie director Jim Wynorski, showcasing her talents in "Hard to Die" as Diana Farrow, along with a cameo in "976-Evil II."
