Lorena Jorge is a distinguished graduate of the William Esper Studio, where she honed her craft under the late Bill Esper's expert mentorship. For more than ten years, she has been a vibrant presence on the stages and screens of New York City. Audiences may recognize her from notable roles in CW's "Jane The Virgin," TNT's "The Last Ship," and her performances at the Spanish Repertory Theater, particularly in "La Gringa." Additionally, she has made her mark in Off-Broadway productions, including David Lamb's "Platanos & Collard Greens."

Jorge has also served as the host for NET's Faith Film Festival for three seasons and has established herself as a leading voiceover artist across film, television, and radio, delivering her talent in both Spanish and English. As the founder of Hidden Root Productions, she has written, produced, and directed a collection of short films and mini-series that are set to premiere on various streaming platforms and film festivals.

Currently, audiences can tune into her insights on the Latin Dish Podcast and watch her in the award-winning film "First Day Back" on UMC.TV. She also appears in the recent NCIS season, as well as in collaborative projects with UCLA and NIH titled "Try," alongside pilots "Ellay" and HBO Max's "Vegas High." A proud first-generation American and an interdisciplinary Afro-Latina artist, Jorge holds a BA in Criminology and Sociology with a minor in Visual Arts from Fordham University. She embodies the belief that "With Hard Work Anything is Possible."
