Jay Kleberg

Jay Kleberg is a prominent figure in conservation and adventure tourism, recognized as the co-founder of Explore Ranches, an organization dedicated to connecting travelers with over one million acres of historic ranch lands throughout the American West. He is currently producing the feature-length wildlife documentary *Deep in the Heart: A Texas Wildlife Story* and previously served as Associate Producer for the acclaimed documentary *The River and the Wall*, which garnered several awards.

Before his notable work in Texas, Jay held significant roles in conservation, including Associate Director and Director of Conservation Initiatives at the Texas Parks and Wildlife Foundation. His career began with co-founding an adventure travel outfitter and conservation group in Brazil, highlighting his commitment to environmental stewardship. Additionally, he has experience working with the National Park Service, enhancing his expertise in managing and preserving natural landscapes.

Jay is an alumnus of Williams College, where he laid the groundwork for his future endeavors, and he earned an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.
