Hervé Pierre, born on April 22, 1955, is a distinguished French actor and theatre director. His illustrious career took a significant turn when he joined the prestigious Comédie-Française in 2007, ultimately becoming a full member in 2011.

Pierre's talent has not gone unnoticed; on June 14, 2009, he was honored with the title of Best French Actor by critics, a testament to his exceptional skills on stage. In recognition of his contributions to the arts, he was awarded the title of chevalier de l'ordre des Arts et des Lettres in 2011, and that same year, he was also named a Knight of the French Legion of Honour.
