She gained fame for her portrayal of Judy Hoffs in the Fox police drama 21 Jump Street and as Vanessa Russell on the ABC sitcom Hangin' with Mr. Cooper. Her extensive television credits also include Billie Blessings in the Morning Show Mysteries series, Christina on Mike & Molly, Clea on Love Inc., Tanya Ward in Like Family, Dr. Malena Ellis on the NBC/The WB sitcom For Your Love, and Diana Ross in the 1992 miniseries The Jacksons: An American Dream.
