Kirsten Zien
Kirsten Zien (née Prout; born September 28, 1990) is a talented Canadian actress known for her diverse roles across film and television. She began her career in Vancouver, where she gained early recognition through guest appearances on notable series like First Wave (1998), Stargate SG-1 (1997), Cold Squad (1998), and The Dead Zone (2002). Her breakthrough role came in 2005 when she portrayed "Abby Miller," a skilled young martial artist in the film Elektra, sharing the screen with Jennifer Garner. Demonstrating her dedication, Kirsten performed her own stunts, showcasing her martial arts expertise.
Following her film debut, she starred as "Amanda Bloom" in the ABC Family series Kyle XY (2006), which enjoyed a successful three-season run.
