J.J. Vazquez
J.J. Vazquez is an acclaimed Director and Producer whose creative journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in History before he transitioned to the world of film. He later pursued an MFA in Film, Television, and New Media Production at California State University, Los Angeles, with a minor in Web Design. His passion for filmmaking ignited while assisting a friend on a music video, leading him to sell distribution rights for two of his short films during his college years.
Vazquez has collaborated with notable projects such as *Sons of The Devil*, directed by Brian Buccellato, and *The Shadow Hours*, helmed by Kyle Higgins. He also contributed to the fan-favorite *Dragon Ball Z: Light of Hope*, produced by Robot Underdog. His recent directorial effort, *Run Like a Girl*, has gained recognition, earning finalist status at numerous film festivals in 2017.
Currently, J.J. is with LocoMotion Pictures, where he produces a diverse array of content, spanning from music videos to feature-length films. His dedication to storytelling and innovative filmmaking continues to resonate within the industry, marking him as a rising talent to watch.
