Zachary Rist
Zachary Rist embarked on his filmmaking journey in Columbus, Ohio, where he began creating Jackass-style films alongside his younger brother. From an early age, he demonstrated a flair for comedy, producing short films and skits with his friends. His passion for the craft led him to the University of Southern California's prestigious School of Cinematic Arts, where he focused on Film & Television Production.
While pursuing his studies in Los Angeles, Rist continued to showcase his creativity through his web series "Big Fat," featuring himself and his younger sister, Emily. In 2018, he directed his first student film, "F of X," marking a significant milestone in his academic career. Additionally, he plays a pivotal role at USC's television station, Trojan Vision, where he serves as the segment director and editor for the program "Below the Line."
Through these endeavors, Rist has honed his skills and gained valuable experience in the ever-evolving world of filmmaking, setting the stage for future projects and collaborations.
