Cathy Worthington
Cathy Worthington, originally from Washington D.C., was raised in a family steeped in rich history, with her father serving as a World War II veteran and her mother hailing from North Carolina. The family later relocated to Riverside, California, where her father worked as an Electronics Engineer and her mother dedicated herself to homemaking. As the eldest of three siblings, Cathy developed a passion for the arts early on, leading her to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Theater at UCLA. While still a student, she landed her first professional film role and soon after graduation, she joined the ranks of Playboy Bunnies at the Century City club, a job that helped her manage finances while she chased her acting dreams.
While working at the club, she met her future husband, Ken Kragen, who was managing a performance act there. Cathy has always nurtured a love for horses, diving into dressage with her first horse and later establishing Eagle Oak Ranch in Paso Robles, where she and Ken raised Dutch Warmbloods. An avid traveler, Cathy cherishes experiences in cities like Paris, New York City, Rome, Egypt, and Kenya. Married for four decades, she is the proud mother of Emma Kragen, a talented cinematographer from UCLA's MFA program. A dedicated meditator, Cathy is also making her mark as an Instagram influencer (@iamcathyworthington) and looks forward to securing a regular role in an upcoming series. Her notable works include "Kate Allen is Getting a Life," "60 Seconds," and "Trip With the Teacher."
