Angelique Pettyjohn (March 11, 1943 – February 14, 1992) was a notable American actress and burlesque performer, known for her vibrant presence in film and television. Born Dorothy Lee Perrins in Los Angeles, California, she spent her formative years in Salt Lake City, Utah. Pettyjohn's career took flight in 1967 when she adopted the stage name Angelique, marking her debut with roles in films like The Touch of Her Flesh and The Love Rebellion.

Her breakthrough came with a prominent role in Elvis Presley’s musical comedy Clambake. That same year, she showcased her talents as one of the go-go dancers in the iconic opening scene of The Odd Couple, featuring Jack Lemmon and Walter Matthau. She also auditioned for the role of Nova in Planet of the Apes, although the part ultimately went to Linda Harrison.

Pettyjohn's diverse portfolio includes her memorable portrayal of the drill thrall Shahna in the Star Trek episode "The Gamesters of Triskelion." In 1969, she gained further recognition in the cult classic The Mad Doctor of Blood Island and appeared in the biker flick Hell's Belles, alongside Glenn Ford in Heaven with a Gun, and in Childish Things, co-directed by John Derek. Throughout the 1970s, her filmography expanded to include Tell Me That You Love Me, Junie Moon, The Curious Female, and The G.I. Executioner, solidifying her status in the realms of exploitation and genre cinema.
