Jessie Hannah Ennis, born on June 15, 1991, is a multi-talented American actress, director, and writer known for her impactful contributions to film and television. Originally hailing from Boston, she relocated to Los Angeles at the tender age of two, growing up in a creative environment as the daughter of actor and comedian John Ennis. She furthered her education at Sarah Lawrence College, where she honed her artistic skills.
Ennis embarked on her acting journey in the early 2010s, making her mark in popular sitcoms like "Veep" and "Married." Her film debut came with comedic roles in "G.B.F." (2013), alongside Natasha Lyonne and Megan Mullally, and in "Hits," featuring Meredith Hagner and Matt Walsh.
In 2012, she showcased her creative prowess by co-writing and co-directing the short film "The Arm" with friends Brie Larson and Sarah Ramos.
