Oleh Prymohenov

Oleh Prymohenov is a distinguished actor known for his contributions to both Soviet and Ukrainian cinema and theater. Born in Lviv, Ukrainian SSR, he spent part of his formative years in Gomel, Belarus, before returning to Ukraine. After completing high school, Prymohenov explored various career paths, including a stint in the circus, before finding his calling in the performing arts. He enrolled at the Ivan Karpenko-Kary Theatre, where he honed his craft and graduated as a trained actor.

Prymohenov made his film debut in 1989 with a minor role in the Soviet film *Inoy*. The 1990s marked a turning point in his career as he began to garner significant attention through performances in notable films such as *Doloy styd!* (1994), *Operatsyya 'Kontrakt'* (1996), and *Dve luny, tri solntsa* (1998). His versatility has also led him to appear in numerous television series, amassing a remarkable portfolio of over a hundred roles throughout his career.

In addition to his film work, Prymohenov remains active in theater, collaborating with the renowned Kiev theater 'Koleso'. His contributions to the arts have solidified his status as a prominent figure in the Ukrainian entertainment industry, showcasing his enduring passion and talent for acting.
