Bowie Lam
Bowie Lam Bo-Yee (Chinese: 林保怡), born on September 4, 1965, in Hong Kong, is a distinguished actor known for his extensive work with TVB, one of the leading television networks in Hong Kong. He gained recognition for his performances in a variety of popular series, notably "File of Justice" and "Healing Hands."
Before embarking on his acting career, Lam briefly served in the Hong Kong Police Force. His journey into the entertainment industry began with his acting debut in 1986 in "Kiss Me Goodbye," followed by his foray into music in 1989. Lam's career gained significant momentum after he joined TVB in 1991, where he made his mark with a supporting role in the acclaimed drama "The Greed of Man" in 1992. This series, featuring stars like Sean Lau and Vivian Chow, went on to become one of TVB's highest-rated dramas by 2011.
Throughout the 1990s and early 2000s, Lam continued to captivate audiences with his roles in "Untraceable Evidence" and "Healing Hands," airing in multiple seasons.
