June Blair, originally named Margaret June Blair, was born on October 20, 1933, in San Francisco, California. She rose to fame as an American model and actress, most prominently recognized as Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month in January 1957, with her iconic centerfold captured by photographer Hal Adams.

Blair's career in entertainment began in 1954 with her debut on television. Throughout the 1950s, she appeared in various supporting roles in films and made guest appearances on television series. Notably, she featured in two episodes of the syndicated Western show *Two Faces West*, titled "Performance Under Fire" and "The Dead Ringer," during the 1960-1961 season.

In her personal life, Blair was briefly engaged to singer Nino Tempo in 1957, who wrote the song "Looney over Juney" inspired by her. After their split, she dated several prominent figures, including Lindsay Crosby, the son of Bing Crosby, as well as actors Dick Sargent and Barry Coe.

On May 21, 1961, she married David Nelson, joining the cast of the beloved series *The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet*, where Ricky Nelson served as the best man. The couple welcomed two sons, Daniel in 1962 and Jamie in 1966, before their divorce in 1975. David Nelson passed away on January 11, 2011. Blair's contributions to the entertainment industry remain a notable part of her legacy.
