Lance R. Guest, born on July 21, 1960, is a talented American actor whose passion for the performing arts ignited during his ninth-grade year. Pursuing this interest, he studied theater at UCLA, laying the foundation for his future career in film and television.

Guest's filmography includes prominent roles in several notable movies, most famously as Alex Rogan in the 1984 sci-fi classic The Last Starfighter, where he also portrayed Beta, a robot counterpart. He gained early recognition for his performance alongside Jamie Lee Curtis in Halloween II and later appeared in I Ought to Be in Pictures. In 1987, he took on the role of Michael Brody in Jaws: The Revenge. More recently, he appeared as Cosmo Cola in the 2000 Disney film Stepsister from Planet Weird and as Hugo Archibald in The Jennie Project in 2001.

On television, Guest had significant roles in Lou Grant from 1981 to 1982 and Knots Landing in 1991. He has made guest appearances on numerous acclaimed series, including St. Elsewhere, The Wonder Years, and The X-Files, showcasing his versatility as an actor.
