Emre Tetikel, born on August 2, 1985, in Tekirdağ, Turkey, is a distinguished figure in the realms of cinema, television, and theater. His breakout role as "Berk" in the film "Ayakta Kal" and his compelling portrayal of "Şahin" in the popular TV series "Karagül" have cemented his reputation in the Turkish entertainment industry.
After leaving Tekirdağ to pursue higher education, Emre relocated to Istanbul, where he earned a degree in English Business Administration from Newport University of California through a distance learning program. In 2008, he met renowned theater director Selçuk Uluergüven, leading to an intensive period of theatrical training alongside other notable figures such as Aykut Oray. He further honed his craft at institutions like the Bahariye Art Center, the New York Dramatic Arts Conservatory, and the NY Film Academy. During his formative years, he featured in various television and internet commercials.
Emre's television debut occurred in 2008 with the role of "Morphy McMahon" in the series "Dur Yolcu." His performance in "Ayakta Kal," released on January 16, 2009, marked his first leading role.
