Sharon Rachel Osbourne (born 9 October 1952) is a prominent British-American television figure, music manager, and author, best known for her dynamic presence in the entertainment industry. She gained widespread recognition as the matriarch of the Osbourne family on the reality television series The Osbournes, which aired on MTV from 2002 to 2005 and showcased their everyday life.

Sharon's influence extends beyond reality TV; she has served as a judge on popular talent competitions such as The X Factor (2004–2007, 2013, 2016–2017) and America's Got Talent (2007–2012). She played a pivotal role in revitalizing her husband Ozzy Osbourne's music career through the establishment of the Ozzfest tour, a summer festival that ran nearly every year from 1996 to 2018.

In addition to her work in television, Sharon hosted her own talk show, The Sharon Osbourne Show, from 2003 to 2006, which was broadcast across various US channels and in the UK. She also participated as a contestant on NBC's The Celebrity Apprentice in 2010 and co-hosted CBS's The Talk until her departure in 2021. In 2022, she made her return to television by hosting a prime-time show for TalkTV, also named The Talk.
