Siakie Tetteh
Siakie Tetteh, originally from Tema, Ghana, has made New York her home as she pursues her passion for the performing arts. Her journey in modeling began when she successfully auditioned for Cycle 16 of America's Next Top Model in Connecticut in 2010, a win that set the stage for her burgeoning career. In 2015, she showcased her talent at the Miss Ghana-USA pageant, where she impressively reached the Top 5.
Tetteh's acting career flourished when she joined an independent theater company in New York. She took on the lead role of Lois in the Off-Broadway production "It's Going to Rain" and portrayed Beulah, a cunning stepsister, in a modern retelling of Cinderella. Her versatility also shone through in her supporting role as Marge in "Angels in Heaven." Siakie honed her craft at The Barrow Group Acting School and completed an intensive Meisner Training program at The Acting Studio in New York, under the guidance of esteemed instructors like James Price, John Grabowsky, and Bruce Hermann.
In film, Tetteh has appeared in "Abandoned," directed by Terry Wichkam, where she plays Billie Winters. She is also set to star as Lisa in the upcoming movie "To Be You," which is based on a true story about a Ghanaian student ensnared by a gang. Additionally, she portrays Asase, an African psychic, in "Double Vision," assisting a detective with murder investigations. Currently, she is working on a short film titled "Blind Date," in which she plays Marissa, a woman navigating a series of challenging romantic encounters.
