Veikko Täär

Veikko Täär, born on September 7, 1971, in Tartu, Estonia, is a multifaceted individual renowned for his contributions as an actor, sports psychologist, athlete, educator, and entrepreneur.

He completed his secondary education at Tartu 10th Secondary School in 1989 and initially pursued a degree in physics at the University of Tartu from 1989 to 1991. However, his passion for the performing arts led him to the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre, where he graduated with honors in acting in 1998. Following his graduation, Täär showcased his talent on stages across Estonia, performing at prestigious venues such as the Estonian Drama Theatre, Vanemuine, Ugala, and various other theaters as a freelance artist. In addition to his theatrical endeavors, he has appeared in numerous films and television series and has hosted several sports programs, further establishing his presence in the entertainment industry.

Beyond his artistic pursuits, Täär is a dedicated amateur athlete, excelling in ski marathons and triathlons, among other sports. He also ventured into entrepreneurship as the owner of the Otepää café l.u.m.i, adding another dimension to his diverse career.
