Shaun Ricker

Shaun Ricker, an accomplished American wrestler and actor, is currently affiliated with WWE, where he captivates audiences on the SmackDown brand under the ring persona LA Knight. His wrestling journey began in 2003, and he gained notable recognition during his tenure at Impact Wrestling from 2015 to 2019, where he performed as Eli Drake. Ricker’s impressive career has spanned various prestigious promotions, including Championship Wrestling from Hollywood (2010-2013) and the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) from 2019 to 2021.

Ricker's initial breakout came in the independent circuit, leading him to Championship Wrestling from Hollywood, where he showcased his talents before signing a developmental contract with WWE in 2013. Although his first stint with WWE was brief, as he was released in 2014, he found significant success in Impact Wrestling, capturing the Impact Global Championship, TNA King of the Mountain Championship, and the Impact World Tag Team Championship alongside Scott Steiner. Notably, he also won the Feast or Fired briefcase twice during his time there.

After departing from Impact, Ricker joined the NWA, where he clinched the NWA World Tag Team Championship with James Storm. In 2021, he returned to WWE, rebranded as LA Knight, and quickly became recognized for his exceptional mic skills. Additionally, Ricker has ventured into acting, appearing in TNT's reality series The Hero and a guest spot on Brooklyn Nine-Nine in 2015.
