Yukihiro Takiguchi

Yukihiro Takiguchi, affectionately known as Takki, is a prominent Japanese actor celebrated for his portrayal of Shuichiro Oishi in the stage adaptation of the popular anime, The Prince of Tennis, specifically in the Musical Tennis no Oujisama between 2006 and 2007. He gained notable recognition as one of the founding members of the ikemen group PureBOYS, although he departed from the ensemble in March 2008.

In addition to his stage work, Takiguchi has made significant contributions to television, featuring as a key character in the short dramas Tadashii Ouji no Tsukurikata and Tokyo Ghost Trip. His last regular television appearance was in the Friday show Pochitama on TV Tokyo, where he showcased his versatility as an entertainer.

Beyond his acting career, Takiguchi achieved a personal milestone in December 2008 by passing the examination to become a licensed chef, highlighting his diverse talents beyond the stage and screen.
