Siim Rulli, born on October 15, 1948, in Kunda, Estonia, was a prominent actor and television director whose contributions to the performing arts left a lasting impact. He completed his secondary education at Kehra Middle School in 1967 and went on to earn his degree from the Department of Performing Arts at the Tallinn State Conservatory in 1972.
Rulli began his professional journey in the performing arts at the Estonian National Youth Theater, where he worked as an actor from 1972 to 1975. His theatrical prowess and dedication quickly led him to transition into television, where he took on roles as both a director's assistant and a director at Estonian Television.
