Marlène Jobert
Marlène Jobert, born on November 4, 1940, in Algiers, French Algeria, is a distinguished French actress and author. Hailing from a family with a mix of cultural heritage, her father, Charles Jobert, served in the French Air Force, while her mother, Éliane Andrée Azulay, descended from a Sephardi Jewish lineage.
Jobert began her professional journey in acting, making her mark on both stage and television. Her breakthrough came in 1968 when she starred in the popular comedies "Faut pas prendre les enfants du bon Dieu pour des canards sauvages" and "L'Astragale."
