Kei Tomiyama, born Kunichika Tomiyama on October 31, 1938, in Anshan, Manchukuo, was a prominent Japanese actor, voice actor, and narrator whose influence spanned several decades until his passing on September 25, 1995. He was associated with esteemed production companies such as Aoni Production and Production Baobab.

Tomiyama garnered widespread recognition for his iconic roles in beloved anime series. He is perhaps best remembered for his portrayal of Naoto Date, also known as Tiger Mask, in the eponymous series, as well as Susumu Kodai in the classic "Space Battleship Yamato."
