Pellegrini made her acting debut in 1973 with a role in *Il brigadiere Pasquale Zagaria ama la mamma e la polizia*. However, it was her collaboration with renowned filmmaker Pier Paolo Pasolini that truly catapulted her career. In 1974, she was cast as Zumurrud in *Arabian Nights*, a role that solidified her presence in the film industry.
