Maxim Esterkin

Maxim Esterkin hails from Riga, the vibrant capital of Latvia, known for its rich industrial and cultural significance in the Baltic region. He completed his high school education at Fryeburg Academy, a prestigious college preparatory institution in Maine, before pursuing higher education at DePaul University in Chicago, where he earned a Bachelor in Business Administration in 2000. Following his graduation, Maxim ventured into the world of real estate as an entrepreneur.

In 2007, during a business meeting in Bucharest, Romania, Maxim's life took a transformative turn when he met a director and producer who introduced him to acting. This connection led to a role in the film "Bunraku," featuring notable actors such as Josh Hartnett and Demi Moore. This action-fantasy film, written and directed by the emerging talent Guy Moshe, sparked a deep passion for acting that Maxim was eager to explore further.

Maxim began honing his craft in 2006 through various acting workshops, driven by a fervent desire to improve and evolve as an artist. He is fluent in both English and Russian and has worked diligently with renowned coach Robert Easton in Los Angeles to refine his skills and reduce his Eastern European accent.

His commitment to the art of acting has resulted in an impressive filmography, including titles such as "Red Dog Black Dog" (2012), "Shadows of the White Nights" (2010) starring Christian Slater, "Noirland" (2010), and "Violent Blue" (2009). Maxim's dedication and talent continue to shine as he makes his mark in the industry.
