James Mangold

James Allen Mangold, born on December 16, 1963, is a prominent American filmmaker renowned for his remarkable ability to navigate various cinematic genres. He launched his directorial career with the 1995 film *Heavy*, which marked the beginning of a diverse and successful filmography. His subsequent works include critically acclaimed titles such as *Cop Land* (1997), *Girl, Interrupted* (1999), *Identity* (2003), and the award-winning *Walk the Line* (2005), which showcased his talent for storytelling.
