Peter Iasillo Jr., born as the sole son of Port Chester's former mayor, Peter Iasillo Sr., carved out a notable career in the entertainment industry as an actor, particularly within the horror genre. His body of work includes appearances in multiple horror films and various television series, showcasing his versatility and passion for captivating audiences. Iasillo gained recognition as the host of the horror-themed segment "Dead Edgar" on Westchester Cable Access Television, further establishing his presence in the genre.

Beyond film and television, he was deeply involved in the local arts scene, participating in numerous community theater productions and serving as the artistic director of the Westchester Group Theatre. His commitment to promoting diverse narratives led him to found the Black American Drama Group, a theater initiative dedicated to African-American storytelling and performance.

In his personal life, Iasillo shared a fulfilling partnership with Robin Souter, raising two daughters, Amanda and Rebecca.
