Sean M. Whalen, born on May 19, 1964, is an accomplished American actor known for his work in film, television, and theater. Hailing from Washington D.C., he grew up as the youngest of four siblings in Silver Spring and Olney, Maryland. Whalen completed his education at Sherwood High School before attending UCLA, where he honed his craft in acting. While pursuing his studies, he worked as a waiter and performed at The Groundlings Theater, a well-known improv group.

In 1991, he made his film debut in "The People Under the Stairs," but he is perhaps best recognized for his role in the iconic first "Got Milk?" advertisement, where he struggles to answer a radio host's question after taking a hefty bite of a peanut butter sandwich. Additionally, he appeared in a DiGiorno pizza commercial, featuring a comedic scene set in Tucson, Arizona, and was part of the short-lived series "Special Unit 2" in 2001.

Whalen's television credits are extensive, including guest roles on popular shows such as "The Suite Life of Zack and Cody," where he portrayed a radio host, and "Hannah Montana," where he donned a moose costume. He also appeared in "Scrubs" as an X-ray technician and played a ghost in the "Halloween" episode of "Wizards of Waverly Place." Notably, Whalen portrayed Neil, or "Frogurt," one of the survivors in the acclaimed series "Lost," appearing in a mobisode and three episodes.
