Maite Perroni
Maite Perroni Beorlegui, born on March 9, 1983, is a multifaceted Mexican artist known for her work as an actress, singer, songwriter, and producer. She rose to global prominence in 2004 with her role in the popular youth telenovela *Rebelde*, which also paved the way for the formation of the acclaimed pop-rock group RBD, earning them nominations at the Latin Grammy Awards.
Perroni's acting career took off in the same year, and she quickly became a household name. In 2009, she was honored by Univision as "The New Queen of Telenovelas," recognizing her impact on the genre. Her performance in *Antes muerta que Lichita* earned her the prestigious Premios TVyNovelas award for Best Actress in 2016. She has also showcased her talent in the Netflix series *Dark Desire* and *Triada*, where she played the unique role of triplets.
