Scott Nemes

Scott Nemes currently holds the position of President of Television at AGBO, where he is responsible for directing both the creative and business strategies for episodic content. Among his notable projects, he is an executive producer of the recently launched Amazon global spy-thriller series “Citadel” and its local-language adaptations in Italy, India, and Mexico. Additionally, he is set to executive produce the upcoming “Butch and Sundance” series for Amazon, featuring stars Regé-Jean Page and Glen Powell.

Before joining AGBO, Nemes enjoyed a prominent role at NBCUniversal, where he served as the Executive Vice President of Creative Acquisitions and International Development for Universal Studio Group. In this capacity, he managed the scripted division for the international television studio, successfully sourcing intellectual property for studio talent across various global markets. Earlier in his career at NBCUniversal, he was the EVP of Development and Current at Universal Cable Productions, where he oversaw acclaimed scripted series, including “The Girl From Plainville” and “Gaslit.”

Nemes also led the television division of Brad Weston’s Makeready and played a crucial role in the rebranding of Cinemax, supervising hit series like “Banshee” and “Strike Back.” He began his career in film, producing the action-packed thriller “Hanna” among other cinematic projects, showcasing his diverse talents in both television and film production.
