Monika Schnarre, born on May 27, 1971, in Toronto, Ontario, is a versatile Canadian model, actress, and television host. Growing up in Scarborough, she was spotted by Judy Welch Modeling Agency, which launched her illustrious career. At just 14 years old, Schnarre gained international fame by winning the coveted Ford Models "Supermodel of the World" contest in 1986, making her the youngest recipient of this title. Her modeling prowess led her to grace the cover of American Vogue at 14 and appear in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue by age 15.

In 1989, Schnarre penned her autobiography, *Monika: Between You and Me*, detailing her experiences in the modeling industry. Transitioning to acting, she made her mark on television with roles in the teen comedy *Boogies Diner* and notable appearances in series such as *The Bold and the Beautiful*, *The Beastmaster*, and *Beverly Hills 90210*. Her film credits include leading roles in *Waxwork II: Lost in Time*, *Vegas*, *City of Dreams*, and *Love on the Side* alongside Marla Sokoloff. Additionally, she lent her voice to the character Oxanna Kristos in the video game *Command & Conquer: Tiberian Sun*.
