Skyler Wright
Skyler Wright is an accomplished actress who gained early recognition for her role as Tye Sheridan's girlfriend in the film *The Forger* (2014). Originally hailing from Atlanta, Georgia, Skyler relocated to Nantucket, Massachusetts during her childhood, where she immersed herself in the vibrant community theatre scene. Her passion for performance blossomed when she starred alongside John Shea in the provocative play *Blackbird* in 2010.
Skyler's family made a pivotal move to the Boston area, allowing her to attend Duxbury High School and further her acting aspirations. She quickly signed with a Boston talent agency, launching her career through various commercials and print work. As a member of the Duxbury Chamber Choir, she had the honor of performing as a soloist at renowned venues like Carnegie Hall in New York City and Strathmore Hall in Washington, D.C.
Recognized by the International Thespian Society for completing over 1,000 hours of theatre, Skyler has also received several accolades from the Massachusetts Educational Theatre Guild (M.E.T.G.). A true triple threat, she has honed her skills in acting, singing, and dancing through training at prestigious institutions such as New York University, Berklee College of Music, and Broadway Artists Alliance. Although her love for the stage has been evident since childhood, landing a principal role in her first film truly cemented her commitment to a professional acting career.
