Though he was born in the United Kingdom, he was raised in the Philippines, blending his British heritage with Filipino culture, thanks to his British father and Filipino mother.

Ramsay has made a significant mark in Philippine television and cinema, garnering acclaim for his performances in popular series such as *Ysabella*, *Habang May Buhay*, and *Magkaribal*. His film career boasts hits like *I Love You, Goodbye*, *The Unkabogable Praybeyt Benjamin*, and *No Other Woman*, all of which contributed to his status as a leading man in the industry.
