Melis Birkan

Melis Birkan, born on July 15, 1982, is a celebrated Turkish actress renowned for her diverse roles in theater, television, and film. She honed her craft at the State Conservatory of Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, where she specialized in ballet and modern dance. Her remarkable talent was highlighted in notable films such as *Issız Adam*, *Barda*, *Sen Ben Lenin*, *Ulak*, and *Adını Sen Koy*, earning her the prestigious Sadri Alışık Best Actress Award for her performance in *Issız Adam*.

Birkan made her mark in television with her role in the romantic comedy series *Çapkın*, where she starred alongside Okan Yalabık. She further showcased her versatility in the drama *Köprü*, which depicted the life of Governor Recep Yazıcıoğlu, and made memorable guest appearances in popular comedies like *Avrupa Yakası* and *İşler Güçler*.
