Barbara Meek

Barbara Meek, hailing from Detroit, Michigan, is the daughter of Juanita, a talented pianist turned hairstylist, and Harold, a dedicated bus driver. Her passion for the performing arts led her to Wayne State University, where she pursued an advanced education in theatre. In 1968, she made a pivotal decision to join the Trinity Square Repertory Theatre in Providence, Rhode Island. This move marked the beginning of an enduring relationship, as she continues to be an integral part of the company.
